Occupational Skills Training-Center (OST-C) is a minority owned DBE company. Our Founder and CEO, has spent over 23 years in employment services training, environmental, safety & health training and development, with an emphasis in communication technology. In 2012, OST-C was founded to assist in filling the growing gap between available trade jobs and skilled workers needed to fill those jobs. OST-C offers a unique outreach certification program and can mobilize to any organization’s work site. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services exceed industry standards, while using the most innovative virtual technology.
