We provide testing services, safety oversight & guidance to your employees, coaching to your smaller providers who do not have the necessary safety experience to stay in compliance, and direct reporting to you.
OST-C’s Consultant Response Team (CRT) can also help determine feasibility of administrative, engineering and PPE appropriate controls. Our staff are general industry experts in environmental, health and safety concerns. Including assisting you with the courses needed for certification:

The participants will receive coaching in the recognition, avoidance and prevention of job safety hazards. Participants will also receive a certificate of completion for attendance in transit system training and OSHA's guidelines for safety classes. The OST-C Instructors are MSHA, CTAA, NTI, TSI, NFPA, Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainers in Programs and Fields of Testing.

Our services include the necessary assistance or training for the client to conduct job searches, develop interview skills, and obtain competitive employment. Once employed, job skills training maybe necessary to ensure the client adjusts to the workplace and learns the skills necessary to perform the job.
